Trouble Shooting Norton Internet Securities

Open Norton Internet Securities
1. Select Personal Firewall, then select Configure

 

2. Select Programs

 

3. Look for "Audio/Video Conference Software" There may be many identical entries of the software. Verify that EVERY entry is set to Permit All.

 

4. If you find any entries marked "Block All" (or anything other than "Permit All") Change the setting to "Permit All" Using the drop Down Window.

 

5. Verify that All entries are now "Permit All"

6. Restart the Conference Room Software.
